So last night I took a swing by the “I Want Your Munny” custom show at ToiToys new premises in Kloof Street. First off I have to tip my hat to Earl Fischhoff owner of the shop for setting it up, its so good to see the local scene doing well. Secondly I have to mention the custom from Daniel Ting Chong, man alive this guy seriously knocked it out the park with by far the highest quality custom I have ever seen. Beyond RAD! The show is on until the 17th so make sure you get down there and check it.
Check out some of the customs and pics from the even after the hop:
Ahhhh its been nigh on 3 weeks since I went on leave, there were some highs and some lows, but all in all a pretty good but most of all relaxing time was had. So now I am back and bring with me promise of a rad 2011. Filled with bunny’s and rose petals, well if thats your thing…. more likely rad art, broken bones and sick tats! Rock on 2011 with some fresh Banksy! Hells yea!
This is how you do it! This is how you launch an album, recently local Indie band The Plastics held the launch party for their debut album “Shark”. The launch however was more than just a party held at Assembly here in Cape Town, but rather an all out guerilla marketing campaign, which saw slick design, intelligence in idea and perfect execution.
